I really like these multivitamins. I prefer them over others as I often get heartburn from the rest. These fit me very well; overall, I appreciate this brand. The price on iHerb is excellent compared to local pharmacies where they charge twice as much.

Normal analysis results
I really like this complex; it does not affect my stomach (heartburn or flatulence from other vitamins is common for me). My tests now show normal results, and my body has all the necessary nutrients. Previously, I took capsules from the same series, but this time I ordered softgels. However, a warning: if you have difficulty swallowing tablets, these are quite large. Drink plenty of water to make swallowing easier.

DID NOT LIKE AT ALL. HUGE USELESS CAPSULES, VOMITUS REFLEX, HEARTBURN, AND WEIGHT GATHERING.

Even with a full meal, I found it too potent, leading to terrible indigestion and heartburn.
