Effective for children

Great for children! I've been giving this NOW odourless garlic to my seven kids for years at the first sign of a runny nose or sore throat, saving many sick days. Strangely enough, I've always referred to these as "garlic candy," and all the kids love them. The oil inside is slightly sweet with a mild garlic scent. For babies old enough to consume solid food, simply puncture or bite the softgel and squeeze the oil into their mouth or mix it into their food. The small softgel is easy to swallow with water for beginners. Just be sure to store them out of reach, as some of my kids have sneakily consumed large quantities. Thankfully, we've noted no harsh side effects. We also use NOW super odourless with hawthorn and cayenne for ourselves, but these are excellent for both kids and adults with sensitive stomachs.

Cool stuff! Unable to find a cat's claw on iHerb, I looked for replacements and found garlic, even in extract form. With viruses rampant, I started giving them to my children at the first signs of an acute respiratory viral infection. Within hours, the sneezing stopped, and their nasal congestion improved, while the sore throats diminished. This product definitely helps, and I will continue ordering more. The capsules are small and easy for children to swallow, plus there's no garlic odour.

Cold duration shortened

Reduces the duration of colds, as confirmed by my whole family! In our first aid kit, alongside plasters, peroxide, and iodine, there's always garlic. It is an incredible remedy! At the first sign of a cold, we take a capsule every two hours, around 4-5 capsules daily, and we feel improvement the very next day. For sore throats, we open a capsule and use it to treat the pain. It's effective and has no odour!
