Although it is a large soft gel, it goes down easily. It may help thin the blood, as I’ve noticed a significant decrease in menstrual bleeding. I also take other vitamins in an ATP set, but as I take iron at night, I prefer to take this in the morning to avoid any conflicts.

I drink it for my skin. I started taking this because my skin became dry during menopause. It is oval and smooth, making it easy to drink without it getting lodged in my throat. It has little smell or taste, which is convenient. After about six months of use, my dry skin has seen slight improvement. I plan to continue taking it for a while.

It's a soft gel, but I struggle to swallow it as it sometimes gets stuck in my throat. I take vitamins E, C, and D in the morning, along with other supplements at night. Despite catching a cold recently, I was surprised that my throat, which often gets sore, did not hurt this time. I definitely want to continue with this regimen.

General wellbeing boost
I always repeat it's a soft gel type, which makes it very easy to drink without it getting stuck in my throat. The dosage can be adjusted to 1-2 tablets based on how I’m feeling. After taking various supplements, I've started to feel better, and my skin condition has also improved.

Supports skin health
I tried NOW Foods Vitamin E 400 (400 IU) to support my beauty and health. With its solid ingredients and small size, I found it easy to take as it rarely gets stuck in my throat. The simple packaging is user-friendly, and the soft gel doesn’t have a noticeable taste. I’ve been taking it consistently and noticed slight improvement in my skin dryness. I believe Vitamin E is beneficial, although diet and lifestyle also matter. It offers good value for money, making it easy to continue daily.
