BM-MSCs enhance bruise healing
Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells Promote Repairing the Bruised Tissue via Regulating mRNA Expression of Molecular Biomarkers and the Apoptotic Rate.
Research highlights stem cell benefits
We set out to understand how bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) could assist in the healing of bruises. Our study involved 78 male albino rats, divided into three groups to test the effectiveness of these stem cells on bruise recovery. One group received BM-MSCs, while others did not, allowing us to observe the differences in healing outcomes.

The results were promising. Through subcutaneous injections of BM-MSCs, we noted a significant decrease in the color intensity of bruised skin. This change suggested improved healing, attributed to notable increases in critical molecules like TGF-β and TNF-α, which play essential roles in tissue repair. Additionally, there was a reduction in markers linked to cell death, indicating that the BM-MSCs likely aided in preserving cells in the bruised area.

By analyzing the expression rates of various proteins and RNA markers, we confirmed that these stem cells enhance the healing process, reducing inflammation and apoptosis in the bruised tissue. Overall, BM-MSCs represent a fascinating advancement in promoting recovery from bruises by fine-tuning the balance of important biological processes.

Faster healing
MUST BUY. I drink this in hot tea every morning. I've noticed my skin looks healthier, and at 63, my bruises disappear quicker. My back pain has also improved since I started this routine, which is something I highly recommend!
