We conducted a thorough evaluation of how vitamin C, when combined with pleuran, impacts asthma control and respiratory issues in children suffering from perennial asthma. The study was meticulously designed as a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial involving 230 children aged 7 to 17 years. This means that neither the participants nor the researchers knew who was receiving the active treatment or the placebo, ensuring the findings were reliable.
The results were promising, especially for children under 12 years. They showed significant improvements in asthma control compared to those receiving only the placebo treatment. Meanwhile, older children (12 years and above) experienced fewer respiratory infections with the combination treatment. Overall, by the end of the 48 weeks, a majority of children on the pleuran and vitamin C treatment reported better asthma control compared to those on the placebo.
While the combination of pleuran and vitamin C was indeed beneficial for managing asthma, we must note that the study did not specifically isolate the effect of vitamin C alone on allergies or asthma. Thus, it is hard to draw definitive conclusions about vitamin C's effectiveness independently from pleuran. Effective vitamin C

Helped alleviate my allergies! Someone suggested I take vitamin C to help since I could no longer take my antihistamine. I was already taking a gummy vitamin C and was doubtful, but decided to give this more organic and higher dosage a try. It made a huge difference for me. I had severe hives and sneezing from an overactive immune system, and I would get relief for several hours from the high potency vitamin C. I highly recommend this brand.

Great choice for consumers having gluten/dairy allergies! I tried this brand as it doesn't contain allergens like gluten or dairy which, when consumed unknowingly, wreak havoc on my body leading to inflamed oral tissues. So far, I'm pleased with this brand of Vitamin C. I take two veggie gel caps daily and notice quick relief from my allergy symptoms. Highly recommended!

No noticeable difference

I'm uncertain about this product. I've been taking one capsule after lunch and another after dinner for over two weeks with no positive changes in my chronic allergies. Comparing with natural Vitamin C sources like broccoli and pineapple, which provide noticeable effects, this hasn't worked for me so far. Despite claims of better absorption, I will reassess my experience at the end of the bottle.
