Drastic sinusitis improvement
Most Useful Review

For nasal rinses, it’s a godsend! I discovered that xylitol is toxic to harmful bacteria in my oral and nasal cavities, and it truly works. Using it daily has drastically cleared my sinusitis, and I can breathe normally—it feels blissful. As a sweetener, it hasn't upset my gut even at quantities above 5 grams (for me). It has the same sweetness as sugar without an aftertaste. In fact, it clears my mouth as it goes down, unlike sugar, which can cause odour, acidity, and damage to my enamel.

Sinus infection relief

I use this in my Neti Pot; it effectively kills bacteria. I learned about it from Dr. Grossan, the inventor of the Neti Pot machine, and saw similar research from the esteemed Mayo Clinic. I have been adding a teaspoon to my mixture, and so far, so good. I suffered from a sinus infection for nearly two years, but thankfully, nothing adverse since.

Concerns about GMO

Initially, I was excited about using Xylitol, but I discovered some brands contain GMO corn – disheartening news. I prefer those made from birch, which I intend to switch to. While Xylitol has impressive benefits, its higher cost is a downside. It's a natural sweetener that protects teeth from decay, reduces yeast infections and is a better alternative than conventional sugar.

XYLITOL: WHITE CRACK THAT'S BETTER FOR YOU... However, I found out some Xylitol sugars have GMO issues. I prefer avoiding corn consumption and plan to order Birch Xylitol next time. Interestingly, Xylitol has been shown to decrease the number of ear infections due to its antibacterial properties. I appreciate its benefits, but I’ll stick to the original for future purchases.

Cool sweetener and remedy for angina! I add the solution not just to my child's compote, but it also helped my throat during an illness. I dissolved one teaspoon in a glass of water and gargled with it; I genuinely felt relief and my throat improved.

Cold infection support

My choice was not solely about reducing sugar intake; I opted for this from a therapeutic perspective. My child experiences frequent colds affecting the upper respiratory tract, and this helps the body cope with the infection. Additionally, it's good for dental health. I highly recommend it; thank you for the thumbs up!

I've been using Xylitol for a while now, as it is better for my health compared to regular sugar. It's less sweet, has fewer calories, and doesn’t cause significant spikes in blood sugar, making it ideal for those with diabetes. I planned to switch to birch Xylitol next time, as I prefer non-GMO products.

Most Useful Review
My husband has lost pounds simply by replacing sugar with this in his coffee. It's beneficial for dental health and helps combat candidiasis. I recommend it, but be cautious as it may cause diarrhoea in some; this might depend on dosage or individual sensitivity. It's wise to start slowly and observe how your body reacts.

Very helpful. On days when I notice my gums bleeding, garbling this—at least half a teaspoon three times a day—stops the bleeding and pain. I know I should do it more consistently, but I often forget.

An excellent sugar replacement with no bad aftertaste and sweetness comparable to sugar. My guts took about two weeks to adjust, during which I experienced some bloating. Now, I can happily enjoy my morning coffee! This is the best sugar substitute I've tried, and it comes in a convenient ziplock package. Highly recommended!

Xylitol is my preferred alternative sweetener, but if consumed excessively, it can lead to diarrhoea. I sometimes use it instead of laxatives as well.
