Ana F. Ribeiro graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora in 2002, completed her Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2005, and obtained her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the same institution in 2014. She is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio de Janeiro. Her research interests include the development of nanoparticles containing natural products, formulations with natural excipients, the application of Design of Experiments in formulation development and analysis, and the microbiological analysis of water.
