I didn't experience exhaustion, severe hair loss, or stretch marks. My teeth remained healthy, and blood tests showed no deficiencies, so I will definitely consider these again for my next pregnancy.

I plan to consume additional iron, as the vitamins alone do not sufficiently address the iron deficiency; they are poorly absorbed in the complex. I hope the rest of my vitamins are adequate.

This is a good prenatal vitamin, though the taste is quite unpleasant. I believe it has everything necessary for pregnancy. The only downside is the taste, which is dreadful. However, it’s the only prenatal I found that requires just one daily dose, and thankfully, I have not experienced any constipation or gut issues throughout my pregnancy.
