This is a good prenatal vitamin, though the taste is quite unpleasant. I believe it has everything necessary for pregnancy. The only downside is the taste, which is dreadful. However, it’s the only prenatal I found that requires just one daily dose, and thankfully, I have not experienced any constipation or gut issues throughout my pregnancy.

Digestible product
I switched to these after experiencing constipation with synthetic prenatals. They feel digestible and are easy to swallow. However, the folate content is lower than average. Overall, a great product so far.

Caused constipation
The ingredients and pill sizes are fine, but I've experienced indigestion and constipation after eating. I suspect the iron is the cause. I think I need to stop.
