Taking this supplement daily, I noticed my skin has improved, and notably, it has prevented my monthly migraine attacks linked to PMS. Normally, I suffer severe headaches that only vomiting alleviates, but after two months on this supplement, I was amazed to experience no migraines this time. I even gave a capsule to my mother when she had a headache, and after about an hour, she felt relief. Unlike painkillers, which only harm, this supplement appears to benefit the body and allow the mind some rest.
