This is so helpful! It alleviates symptoms of gastroparesis, specifically nausea, bloating, and fullness. It seems to relax my stomach. The taste isn't great, but taking it 2-3 times a day before meals makes a huge difference. Nothing else has helped me as much.

I had been plagued by headaches daily until a friend recommended spirits of peppermint. Following a generous application on my temples and forehead, I lay down with a cold washcloth. I found this product while seeking relief for Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction. Although it has an intense flavour, it has significantly mitigated the debilitating chest pain I experienced during attacks. When taken at the onset of symptoms, it often stops the agony before it escalates. While it's not a complete cure, it reduces the duration of attacks, helping me reclaim some quality of life from SOD.

Effective. I never leave home without it! We use this for any digestive discomfort such as indigestion, heartburn, gas, and more. It works exceptionally well for an upset stomach and digestive issues. I don't think we've ever needed more than one dose to resolve these problems. We always keep it on hand and wouldn't consider travelling without it.

I made the right choice purchasing this for my irritable bowel syndrome, which I've suffered from for years. After researching, I read that peppermint could help.
