Good for occasional nausea and heartburn. I am pleased with the potency and flavour, keeping it on hand for when my functional dyspepsia flares up. It’s reasonably priced, too. I will purchase it again.

Relief from reflux

I can't live without this stuff. I keep it in the fridge and add about six drops to 16oz of water, just so the taste is barely noticeable. It assists after meals that have triggered some reflux.

Reduced abdominal pain
Most Useful Review
It's irritable bowel syndrome. After the cholecystectomy, my weak constitution deteriorated, leading to daily intestinal discomfort with diarrhoea and abdominal pain. I find peppermint extract very effective for these symptoms. I started with tea, which was good, but I will stick with the peppermint extract. I discovered that lactobacillus was not helpful for me; after eliminating it and yoghurt from my diet, I noticed an improvement in my abdominal pain and diarrhoea.

Relieves headaches effectively
Most Useful Review
I usually buy this at my favourite health food shop for £9.99, but I paid £14 for this 1 oz. bottle. My family and I have relied on it for years. You can brew peppermint tea or mix 15–20 drops with 2–4 oz of water for headaches. It’s also quite effective for stomach issues like IBS. A must-have product.

Peppermint extract effective
Most Useful Review
It's irritable bowel syndrome. After my cholecystectomy, my weak constitution deteriorated, primarily due to gastrointestinal issues. Diarrhea and abdominal pain have been exhausting daily. I find peppermint extract effective for these symptoms. I initially purchased tea, which was good, but I'll opt for the peppermint extract again. Furthermore, when I followed the low FODMAP diet, I discovered lactobacillus exacerbated my issues. Eliminating all sources, including yoghurt, greatly reduced my abdominal pain and diarrhoea.
