Effective for insomnia

Excellent L-lysine 500 mg, 250 tablets. After 40 years of experience, I found that taking Lysine at a rate of 23-30 mg per kg of body weight has been beneficial for my insomnia, anxiety, and mood swings. The supply lasts about 2.5 months. I began with one capsule daily for a week, then increased to two, and finally three doses daily. This has resulted in a stabilised emotional state, reduced irritability, less hair loss, and improved sleep quality. I no longer wake up feeling broken, which is a significant improvement. I am pleased that this product is effective, not a placebo as is often the case.
