PMS barrier!! I have sought a remedy for PMS for ages. I was constantly concerned about lower abdominal pain, tearfulness, nervousness, irritability, headaches, and breast discomfort. Due to adenomyosis and fibroids, I was cautious with contraceptive pills. I tried various folk remedies, and vitex didn't work for me. I began taking evening primrose oil from the 14th day of my cycle, one capsule twice daily, adding magnesium and calcium at night, while avoiding chocolate and dairy. My cycle has finally stabilised at 28 days, previously between 21-26 days. My skin has improved, the pain has subsided, and my breasts have calmed down. I suggest that women try this remedy in phase two of the cycle for an enhanced quality of life.
