Perimenopause Menopause Support

Effective hormone balance
Most Useful Review
Excellent product and excellent price! This product was a Godsend in relieving hot flashes and balancing my hormones without prescribed hormone replacement. I originally used the tablet form but prefer the adjustable dose of the liquid form. I use only 5 drops a day, which is more cost-effective. I highly recommend this to every woman who needs to balance hormones! There are no harmful side effects, and I cancelled my scheduled hysterectomy because this worked so effectively! :-)

Significant sleep improvement
Most Useful Review
Sleep improved! I bought the diagnosis of HAIT and insulin resistance at my own peril; however, everything worked out. My pressure does not increase, and there is no swelling! At 50 years old, I experience occasional hot flashes. I take 5-10 drops 15 minutes before dinner, completely losing sweating, and my sleep has suddenly improved; I no longer wake up at night! Delightful!

Dong Quai Angelica

9.5
Hot flashes disappeared
Most Useful Review
I bought it for my mum, who is experiencing menopause, instead of the prescribed hormones. She takes one capsule a day and the hot flashes have ceased, enabling her to enjoy eight hours of sleep. She feels fantastic now. I hope this review is beneficial, as others have helped me. Thank you all for your positive feedback. Stay healthy!

Immediate relief found
Most Useful Review
This product is fantastic! Within one week, Dong Quai completely halted my hot flashes. I initially followed the dosage strictly but had to reduce it due to mild stomach upset. However, two capsules a day still keep me symptom-free. I highly recommend this product to other women dealing with hot flashes. It’s truly worth trying!

Folic Acid

Folic acid ineffective for hot flashes
Folic acid supplementation in postmenopausal women with hot flushes: phase III randomised double-blind placebo-controlled trial.
Most Relevant Research
We conducted a thorough investigation to see if folic acid could ease hot flashes for postmenopausal women. The study involved 164 participants, all experiencing at least 50 hot flushes a week. To ensure accurate results, we used a double-blind, placebo-controlled method, meaning neither the participants nor the researchers knew who received the folic acid or the placebo during the trial.

Over a period of 12 weeks, participants took either a daily 5 mg folic acid tablet or a placebo. They kept track of their hot flushes using a diary and filled out quality of life assessments at regular intervals. By the study's conclusion, we found no significant difference in the reduction of hot flush scores between the folic acid and placebo groups. The average decrease in hot flush scores was slightly better in the folic acid group but wasn't statistically significant.

Although we observed some potential benefits in quality of life scores for the folic acid group at the 8-week mark, particularly regarding emotional well-being, these findings do not conclusively prove that folic acid significantly alleviates hot flashes. Therefore, while there may be some positive effects worth exploring further, our study does not provide strong evidence that folic acid is effective in treating hot flashes for postmenopausal women.

Eases hot flashes
Most Useful Review
Really works. It is very helpful for easing hot flashes of menopause and assists thyroid function. I previously used it for period pain, taking two pills at the onset, and within ten minutes the pain would diminish. If I didn't achieve complete relief, I would repeat the dose and, like magic, no more cramps. It also boosts energy for those with ME/CFS or constant tiredness. I appreciate that it contains B12 as well. A definite thumbs up from me. :)

Vitamin E

7
Vitamin E and hot flashes examined
The Effect of Vitamin E Supplementation in Postmenopausal Women-A Systematic Review.
Most Relevant Research
We explored the role of vitamin E in alleviating hot flashes among postmenopausal women, focusing on its potential effectiveness in managing this common symptom. The accumulated studies in our review cleverly grouped the findings into three areas: the physical changes related to menopause, the specific warm sensations known as hot flashes, and how vitamin E might interact with vascular health.

Our analysis included a thorough examination of 16 studies, which suggested that vitamin E does have an influence on hot flashes and other menopause-related symptoms. While we found that vitamin E may help ease some of the discomfort associated with menopause, it is essential to note that estrogen therapy generally shows more significant results.

Interestingly, vitamin E could provide a complementary approach for women who cannot use estrogen due to various contraindications. However, further research is needed to solidify these findings and enhance our understanding of how effective vitamin E may be as a standalone treatment.

Hot flashes improved
Most Useful Review
In menopause, it is a natural experience. I've heard it aids ATP generation. I previously took one pill daily for my vascular health, but with the onset of menopausal hot flashes, I doubled it to two pills. I feel my hot flashes have improved.

Evening Primrose Oil

4
Evening primrose oil lacks efficacy
Evening Primrose Oil for Menopause Hot Flashes: Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.
Most Relevant Research
We explored the effectiveness of evening primrose oil (EPO) as a treatment for hot flashes in menopausal women. Following rigorous systematic reviews and randomized trials, we discovered that while EPO showed some reduction in hot flash severity after less than six months, it did not significantly improve the frequency or duration of these symptoms compared to a placebo. Some participants did report mild nausea and headache. Ultimately, the evidence remains inconclusive, leaving us hopeful for further studies on EPO's potential benefits.

Significant improvement

The capsules are rather large, requiring some effort to swallow, but the benefits are worth it! They have notably improved my emotional state, provided restful sleep without anxiety, and I have experienced a significant decrease in hot flashes. At 51, I previously tried other natural remedies with weaker effects. This product, containing 1300 active substances, suits me well. I've noticed greater skin hydration, and after just a week of use, the positive effects were evident. I intend to order more from this company. Thank you to the manufacturers for creating such an effective product!
