Super magnesium! I had tried magnesium from another brand, which was decent, but this one seems much better. Surprisingly, I've noticed my cravings for sweets have disappeared! I've never struggled with my weight, but somehow I gained a few pounds recently. At over fifty, I found it challenging to shed them. After some tests, my doctor prescribed D3, ferritin in the morning, and magnesium in the evening. With a slight adjustment to my diet, I've lost seven kilograms in just four months. I would not have believed that vitamin deficiency could hinder weight loss, but it clearly does! Plus, I've started sleeping much better since taking magnesium. Thanks for reading, ladies!
