I’m not new to this, as these capsules genuinely work. During episodes of diarrhoea and colic, I take two capsules thrice a day, adjusting the amount based on my condition. My children also benefit, and these probiotics significantly help with my Colitis, normalising my stools. Highly recommend!

Supports bowel movements
I bought this hoping for relief from my weak small intestine due to medication side effects related to my chronic disease and irritable Colitis. The capsules are easy to swallow, and while I haven't seen dramatic improvements in bowel movements, they serve as a solid first step towards boosting intestinal and bacterial health.
