Niacin aids in leukemia treatment
We investigated how the combination of Niacin and Rapamycin affects the growth of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. By conducting a series of experiments on two AML cell lines, THP-1 and NB4, we aimed to see if this duo could meaningfully target cancer cells.

Our findings showed that when used together, Rapamycin and Niacin significantly lowered the viability of the leukemia cells. Specifically, we observed notable increases in cell death, with THP-1 cells experiencing nearly five times more apoptosis, and NB4 cells showing a 7.3-fold increase. The combination treatment also caused a distinct halt in the cell cycle, meaning the cancer cells were not able to continue growing.

Additionally, we noted changes in various proteins linked to autophagy, a process that can help cells maintain balance. While there’s much to be understood, our results suggest that this combination of Niacin and Rapamycin may enhance the fight against AML by promoting cell death and disrupting the cell cycle.

Ultimately, this study highlights the potential of using a natural product like Niacin in a blend with traditional treatments like Rapamycin to combat cancer. However, further research is needed to fully understand the implications of these findings.

It helps reduce the recurrence of skin cancer. I began taking this following an Australian study showing that this vitamin lowers recurrence rates. Look up niacinamide’s uses in medicine for skin cancer.

Acne clearance success

Cleared my acne! I adore this niacinamide! I used to have severe bacne from working out. After my dermatologist recommended it, I noticed a significant improvement in just three weeks, with my face also much clearer from cystic acne. I subscribed due to its effectiveness; when I missed an order, my acne returned immediately. With fair skin, any assistance to prevent skin cancer is a significant plus. Definitely recommend it!

To prevent squamous cell lesion formation, this product discourages the development of squamous cell skin cancer due to sun exposure. I take one tablet twice a day.
