Fast-acting! This probiotic is incredibly helpful for my indigestion, especially at bedtime. Taking any pill usually worsens my reflux, but these work quickly. Within 15 minutes, I can often lie down without discomfort. They also taste great.

In our clinical trial, we examined the effects of a probiotic combination of Lactobacillus acidophilus and L. plantarum on patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D). We randomly assigned 100 participants to standard IBS treatment or the same treatment plus probiotics over 12 weeks.
Both groups experienced significant symptom relief, but those taking probiotics saw even greater improvements. By the end of the study, everyone in the probiotic group achieved either complete remission or mild symptoms, while some in the standard treatment group still reported moderate issues. These results suggest that adding probiotics could enhance IBS management strategies.

I have used this brand for over five years. It is excellent for the immune system and incredibly effective for my irritable bowel syndrome. Although this is a new version, it works just as well as the old one. My six-year-old grandson is also using it, and it has helped his breathing issues related to the cold air. I highly recommend this product; you will be pleased and likely use it for years to come.

Children are delighted! I keep a close eye on my children's gastrointestinal health. These tablets have a subtle fruity flavour, which my children enjoy, making them eager to take them. I give one tablet daily. Although they are described as "wafers", they resemble flat tablets, akin to ascorbic acid. With a billion acidophilus per tablet, the quality is good. The packaging is a simple plastic jar with a convenient lid. Constipation is no longer an issue for my youngest son. If you find this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up.
