Effectively prevents insomnia
I have ordered these for my family and colleagues multiple times. Those who take Ester-C, like myself, have either minimally experienced COVID or have stayed well! Once, when I felt the onset of a viral infection, I took 1000 mg in the afternoon; the symptoms vanished, but I experienced insomnia due to excess energy! I’ve learned to take them in the morning now. I will always keep them in my medicine cabinet!
