Product caused reflux
Extremely acidic. I’m a 48-year-old female in decent health. I purchased this product due to knee pain and a crunchy sound in my neck. I found it so acidic that it caused gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). When I lay down, I started belching, which ceased after stopping the product for a few days. After experimenting with it, it became clear that this product exacerbated my GERD, even when I eliminated other acidic foods. I couldn't determine if it had any benefits, hence the two stars are given on the benefit of the doubt.
