Decent option

This protein powder mixes well and tastes great, but it doesn't make me feel bloated. It's priced reasonably; however, it might not be the best in terms of protein content or BCAAs. Despite its shortcomings, it's a good choice for beginners in fitness. It’s not the most powerful protein, but for someone just starting out, it’s a decent option. Additionally, it does blend well, although sometimes small clumps can occur.

Awesome stuff, great quality! I've tried many protein powders over the years, but this one stands out. Recently, I bought chocolate mint and vanilla ice cream flavours. This protein powder is a game changer! I usually experience heartburn from vanilla powders, but not with this one! It’s filling, and there’s no bloating or upset stomach, making it perfect for my and my husband's lactose sensitivity. After a week, I feel satisfied for hours. It tastes great and aids recovery after workouts too!

As a non protein powder drinker, I've found this one drinkable. While it doesn't compare to my preferred Ghost Whey, it mixes well with milk and doesn't cause any bloating or gas, which other products did. Initially, I wasn’t fond of the taste, but I’ve grown to like it, and the digestive enzymes have truly helped. Overall, it works well for my breakfast replacement needs without any bloating issues!

No bloating noticed

Mmm! Vanilla ice cream! I’m a petite woman working on my fitness and weight loss. My review is based on various protein powders I’ve tried. Previously, I encountered significant bloating after using Pure Protein, but after switching to Syntha-6, I’m very impressed! No bloating occurs, and it keeps me full for several hours post-workout. I use it as a meal replacement, and I love mixing it with water and raspberries for a delightful treat. This is hands down the tastiest powder I’ve used, and I plan to explore more flavours!
