Before I learned about this product I had bought a vitamin D supplement from the makers of Enfamil. That stuff was horrible. It tasted nasty, it made my baby gag, it required baby to take a whole dropper full, and it included a lot of additives including "caramel coloring" which has been linked as a Cancer causing ingredient. We threw that stuff away and purchased this Carson Labs Super Daily D3. It is a great qualitiy product. Baby only needs one tiny drop! You can add the drop to a bottle of milk or just give it directly to baby, or even put the drop directly on your nipple before breast feeding. I have tasted this product and it is virtually taste-less.This bottle will last you a whole year. For those reviewers who are complaining about the topper, it's not that big a deal. You turn bottle upside down, and yes, you do have to wait about 5-10 seconds for the drop to come out, but that is the purpose of the top...to only let out one small drop
