I purchased this for better sleep and focus but experienced heightened anxiety and poor sleep instead. It also negatively affected my dad's blood pressure. We both stopped using it after two weeks and were disappointed, as we now have over 100 pills we won't use.

I regret purchasing this, believing it would be the best magnesium supplement. However, after one box, my anxiety remained unchanged, my sleep deprivation continued, and I noticed no improvement in my overall health.
