I absolutely LOVE the combination of probiotics and immune support! I previously struggled with digestive problems like bloating and gas, which were dreadful. After being advised to take probiotics, I've relied on them for years! Culturelle has always been my preferred brand. Occasionally, when I switched brands, my issues re-emerged. These chewable tablets are easy to consume, and the mixed berry flavour is enjoyable, reminiscent of the old Flinstones Vitamins. You need only one tablet per day, which is a huge relief compared to other brands. This product effectively combines probiotics and immune support, especially important during flu season. I may not know much about the probiotic strains, but Culturelle has been a game-changer for my digestion and I heartily recommend them!

A good product that my children enjoyed for its taste and tablet size. I trust this brand as their quality and ingredients are commendable. I experienced no bloating or diarrhoea, which is a significant plus. The fact that they don’t require refrigeration makes them easier to store, and I will certainly order again.

The Culturelle Immune Defense and Probiotic is a fantastic all-in-one option. The tablets are small, resembling Pez candy, with a fruity tropical taste that recalls Hawaiian Punch. They are easy to chew or can be enjoyed like candy as they dissolve quickly. While I appreciate the 10 billion CFUs, I haven't felt any significant changes in my digestion as I have with lesser brands, which often led to bloating and stomach pains. I had no such problems here. The added elderberry, vitamin C, and zinc are bonus features. While I didn't notice any distinct effects, I didn't feel worse either. Overall, a solid choice for probiotics and immune support.
