This multivitamin is fantastic! I've been using it for a while, and nearly all the adults in my family enjoy it too. We appreciate that it doesn’t cause any side effects, particularly constipation, which is common with iron-containing multivitamins. It's perfect for daily use, and I love the packaging!

This product has caused me severe constipation, and I've noticed my urine turning yellowish-green. I began taking it with probiotics, which has improved things, but I’m unsure about repurchasing.
