A good product. I acquired it as an antioxidant, and it really adds energy. While taking other supplements, my chronic fatigue vanished when I started this alpha-lipoic acid and natural vitamin E. Frequent dizziness and numbness in my hands also disappeared. Initially, I experienced slight malaise and nausea for two to three days as my body detoxified, so drinking enough water (at least 1.5-2 litres daily) is essential. I hope my review helps. Excellent! After using it, my dizziness following meals—prompted by high blood sugar—has improved. My sugar levels are now generally at normal limits, and the pigmentation on my neck has faded. The only issue is it causes some heat in the stomach, so I ensure to take it after a meal. The quality is good, and I see progress in controlling my blood sugar.
