Aging retired(due to injury) athlete able to exercise again!
I have tried many things. I used to be an all natural person as a kid. Would stay away from anything and everything. Got to a national level in my sport. Started to move to international. 3 stress-fractures in my lower back left me hardly able to walk. Spent a decade lounging around as a lazy-good-for-nothing. Now almost in my thirties, I have tried to get into a little exercise to try and regain some of my health. Light running and stationary bike are brutal on my ankles shins and knees. Aches and pains for days afterwards. Tried a few products with no prevail. Heard that gymnasts use this stuff for their joints. I tried it, and WOW. I now can exercise every other day. No more 5-7 day rest needed after a workout! Give it a go. Don't expect anything overnight. Stick with it and in a month you will look back and see the difference. It won't make you pain free, but will DEFINITELY reduce the severity and duration
