Doctors best msm has fillers in power so not 100% msm !

When capsule power is poured into a glass of water there are various sized white balls which do not dissolve. They will dissolve mostly ,but this means that this product has fillers in the powder which is supposed to be 100% biomsm. Pure msm when poured into a glass of water should sink & dissolve before it hits the bottom of a 4inch talk glass. Pure encapsulate brand dissolves as fast as you pour it in terms glass. I read all the info on the doctor best & it just goes to show you that what they state in the label is not always correct. It's not inspected by the FEW so they can state anything they want. I will try the 360 caps of doctors best & edit this review when finished to see if it has any medical value. The pure encapsulate brand works great for my wife's knees when she walks for exercise. I just wanted to see what the price difference between the products made any difference in quality. We also take turmeric & know it works , but you must take at least a minimum of 1000mg per day along with pepper to have any therapeutic effect

Dramatic Hair Growth

I have very fine blonde hair and over the years it has thinned a bit, especially at my lower neckline where I once had extensions that ripped the hair out by the root (note: dont get extensions if your hair is thin!). I was advised to take MSM by a nutritionist for hair growth, for which I've tried everything under the sun including biotin, all kinds of supplements specifically for hair and nail growth, as well as topical shampoos and conditioners - whereas supplements with biotin and other ingredients worked for me short term, they would always stop efficacy after 1-2 months even with consistent use. I was advised to take 10,000 mg MSM per day (5 in the am and 5 in the pm). Within a month, I noticed all these baby hairs growing from my scalp where there was no hair - I never had those kind of results with any other hair product. It's now been 3 months and my hair feels BIG - and I've never had big hair, ever. Based on how it feels to my fingers, and how it looks, my hair has increased in thickness by at least 40%. My hair is also growing faster - noticeably. I'm excited for these new baby hairs that are now a few inches long (which means that they must be growing 1 inch per month) I can't wait to see what happens in a year

Natures miracle!

I started taking MSM based on a recommendation from a friend. It really does make me feel great! I've been taking it for a little over a month- my nails are long and very strong. I also notice my hair growing faster and seems stronger. I have increased energy. Would highly recommend

Many Benefits

I am not bragging on the brand but the product. Been taking MSM since 96 since my research came to the conclusion that MSM is mandatory for proper health. Best to read the book the MSM Miracle or the Miracle of MSM. Both very enlightening. Since taking this in '96 I dont have muscle pains after sports for lactic acid crystallizing in the muscles and I hardly bruise anymore. It helps with strengthening the blood vessels and ridding the body of toxins including foreign proteins besides all the other benefits. Have helped many people with joint pain when they took my advice and purchased MSM. One customer I recommended it to because she bruised so easily called me back about 6 months later elated that she does not bruise like she used to any more. No matter what brand you buy, MSM is a must supplement for proper nutritional support for your body

Actually works well

In the quest for trimming down my supplements I actually added this one just to see if it was what I have read on it. This is one of the supplements that have produce good enough results that I will continue it. This along with my Boswellia help with R.A. That said, they are not a cure but probably work as well as prescribed meds without the side effects

Posting a review from my husbands account.

So my husband bought this for me originally to help me get sulfur in my system to ward off mosquitos little did i know this product is amazing for hair and skin!!!!! Im 7 months postpartum and was having crazy postpartum hair loss. Im talking pulling handfuls of hair of that has completly alowed down and my hair has already started growing back around the edges. Also the stretchmarks on my tummy have tightened up a little. Ive been taking three a day for two weeks excited to keep taking more. For quality and quantity you cant beat this product:
