This product is fantastic! I’m milk intolerant, and when I consume milk, the resulting indigestion and constipation are quite severe. This product effectively resolves the issue. Whenever there's milk in my food, I take serrapeptase, and everything is good again. I can't recommend it enough!

This did not work for me; it caused constipation since mucus is a protein that the serrapeptase digests. This is not good for bowel movements.
