Very helpful! Following my uterine surgery a year ago, I experienced dizziness. Seeing positive recommendations for this product, I decided to try it. It genuinely helped, surprisingly alleviating my constipation linked to the surgery. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, a deficiency in vital energy (Qi) and blood can lead to constipation. I took two capsules daily after meals, and within a few days, something akin to old stool was expelled; my skin also brightened after a week of use. We iHerb users are accustomed to larger capsule sizes, but it's manageable with ample water. While the aftertaste is somewhat bitter, it's acceptable. I may need to strategise usage prior to a date as I feel lighter, indicating a successful detox.
