Along with "Gotu Kola," my experience has been fabulous! I'm 35 with a weight problem and noticed memory issues. After a month of Ginkgo Biloba and Gotu Kola, my capillaries improved and my memory significantly sharpened. It also helped my brother with anxiety and depression. We feel it's a miracle! Start slowly and consult a doctor if necessary.
