No more bloating

Tired of feeling bloated after a protein shake? I am mildly lactose intolerant, and regular whey protein (ON Gold Standard Whey) causes me terrible bloating. It’s quite uncomfortable. This whey protein, however, does not result in any bloating, which means I can enjoy it without concern. Although it costs a bit more than regular whey, it is still cheaper than other plant-based proteins that are unpleasant to drink. The taste is decent, though a touch too sweet for my palate. I am eager to experiment with other flavours too.

Bloating relief

This protein powder is slightly pricey but well worthwhile. It is clean and free from excessive additives. My favourite feature is that it does not leave me bloated or gassy, unlike protein concentrates which I can no longer consume. I feel completely fine after drinking a few of these throughout the day, with my lactose intolerance causing minimal discomfort now. The flavours are quite good too.

Reduces bloating

I have repurchased this many times. It tastes like a chocolate milkshake and was the only sweet treat during my sugar-free diet. Hydrolysed whey significantly reduces bloating. However, the price is increasing, and I may consider switching to whey protein concentrate in the future.

Delicious shake

I was dubious about the birthday cake flavour, but I have no regrets. Some protein shakes lead to bloating or gas, but this brand is completely fine in that regard. At just 110 calories per serving with 25g of protein, it has exceptional flavour and I will be ordering it again. I typically blend it with almond milk and ice to create a delightful shake.

Discomfort-free

My “go-to” protein powder! After years of trying various whey proteins and suffering from stomach aches and bloating, I was thrilled to find the hydrolyzed version from Dymatize. No discomfort whatsoever, and I particularly enjoy the chocolate flavour. I don’t notice any change in my performance compared to regular whey, so I feel satisfied with my choice!

Sweet but effective
It's quite enjoyable, although it is sweeter than expected! The best thing is that it's lactose-free, meaning I experienced no bloating at all!

Causes extreme bloating
The taste is good, but it bloats my stomach excessively. I feel as though I could burst from it. I only mixed it with water to make it lighter. Will I buy it again? No, the box is small, and the powder is minimal, resembling the disappointment of a bag of crisps filled with air.

No bloating experienced

Frankly, it tastes amazing. It has a milk chocolate flavour, excellent quality, and a good size. It lasted me a month, and importantly, it does not bloat my stomach at all. It feels light on my stomach.

A great product with chocolate flavour. I've ordered this three times. It's easy to digest and I do not experience that bloated feeling.

Great protein product
ISO protein is one of the best products I have tried! It is rapidly absorbed, providing a high amount of pure protein with minimal fat and carbohydrates, making it perfect post-workout. I appreciate that it doesn't make me feel heavy or bloated like other proteins. The flavours are delightful and the texture is smooth—easy to mix in smoothies or water. Since using it, my recovery and performance have significantly improved. Highly recommended for those seeking high-quality protein and great taste results.
