My "Go-To". I adore this product. Over the years, I've tried various whey protein powders and suffered from stomach aches and bloating. I suspect some intolerance, despite managing fine with other foods. Discovering the hydrolyzed version of this supplement was a delight, particularly the Dymatize brand. I no longer experience discomfort, and the chocolate flavour is great for me. While I can’t claim a noticeable difference in my lifting performance compared to regular whey, I certainly haven't experienced diminished performance. Overall, I feel I'm ahead!
