I’m not fond of all the flavours, but the Cocoa Pebbles and Fudge Brownie are decent. The best part is it doesn’t leave me feeling bloated or gassy like protein concentrates used to. I drink several of these throughout the day and feel fine—no gas or bloating. For those who are lactose intolerant, this reduces an upset stomach to a level of 1/10, at most a 2/10. That alone makes it worthwhile, and some flavours are excellent too.

This product is my "go-to". Over the years, I’ve tried many whey protein powders and suffered various stomach issues, including bloating. Although I might have a slight intolerance, I’ve never had problems with other foods. I was thrilled to discover this hydrolyzed version and particularly happy with the Dymatize brand. There’s no discomfort, and I find the chocolate flavour delightful. While I can’t say there is a noticeable difference in my lifting performance compared to regular whey powder, I’ve certainly not experienced any decrease in performance.
