Originally, I purchased these as a restorative for my son and took one capsule each morning for two weeks. He eventually refused them due to changes in his routine, which affected his toilet trips, making them less frequent. I held onto them for nearly a year. My husband and I have been trying for a baby for six years without success, undergoing treatments and tests. Recently, I discovered my homocysteine levels were high, linked to low folic acid absorption from standard pharmacy supplements. After researching, I learned about folates, which led me to these vitamins. Miraculously, they were perfect for my needs! After drinking them for two weeks, I experienced no side effects, and importantly, my constipation improved, which was my primary concern.

I bought these for myself and my daughter in spring. Initially, I took six vitamins a day, but this caused constipation for both of us! I reduced my intake to four and my daughter to three, and everything returned to normal.
