Caused irritation and increased Anxiety
I wanted to take something to help ease nicotine withdrawals. I'm on day 7 smoke free, I've had mostly good days and some bad days. Had been having a good day and I took this and 30 minutes later I noticed a spike in my Anxiety and agitation levels. I ran some errands and Anxiety continued to spike. By the time I got home I just wanted to sleep. Had extreme Anxiety that then kept me up all night. This was all dEF related to the supplement because I have been finished with the physical withdrawals of nicotine for a few days. Not sure what they put in this product but it is too intense. Made me feel very off and almost dehydrated feeling. Felt like it dried me out and removed all sense of calmness in my body, similar to how you might feel if you took a stimulant drug but without the happiness boost. Very strange effect. Never taking again. Update - tried taking on a few other occasions and got the same effect. I actualy think it's related to the fermentation process in manufacturing this. You are getting a very high dose of tumeric because of the way they create it. The fermentation process is not good for anyone with a sensitivity to histamine or tyromine. This is a very similar effect one might experience from eating too much aged cheeses or deli meats that undergo fermentation. I recommend tumeric in a lower strength that is manufactured without fermentation. They do this to increase potency but it is completely unnecessary and you could experience side effects of agitation or Anxiety like me. Taking a high dose of any supplement increases risks. Sure it's a herb but herbs can be very potent if your sensitive to stuff. Do not recommend. Just buy some tea that contains a small amount of added tumeric
