I’m excited about this complex; I hope it stays available in Russia. I feel much better, more energetic, and no longer feel dizzy upon waking. I take two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach.

These supplements worked perfectly to raise my iron levels during pregnancy, which had caused dizzy spells. After taking them, I no longer experienced dizziness! They don’t irritate my stomach like prescription iron pills. However, I may switch brands due to the company being owned by Nestle.
