These did a great job at building my blood! As someone who's iron deficient, I felt much more energised while taking them. I no longer felt dizzy and my mind became clearer. My anemia symptoms vanished, and this didn’t have side effects like other iron supplements, although it did make my period excessively heavy, which was a dealbreaker for me. Still, I recommend trying them.
