WOW!!! This product is utterly remarkable! Though I often forget to take it as directed, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my health, pain, and energy levels after taking it. I've suffered from systemic osteoarthritis and shingles. After switching to a wheat-free diet, my inflammation reduced significantly. Upon taking just three tablets a day, I felt a prominent reduction in pain, with boundless energy returning! I even managed to walk upstairs after years without being able to do so. Using this product on and off for nearly three years has helped my neck pain and headaches. I stopped taking it during a bout of shingles, but when I resumed, I realised it was beneficial. I take three tablets in the night and another three in the morning on an empty stomach. This product is fantastic for managing muscle adhesions, especially for those involved in physically demanding activities.
