No gut issues
This is a good prenatal vitamin, though the taste is quite unpleasant. I believe it has everything necessary for pregnancy. The only downside is the taste, which is dreadful. However, it’s the only prenatal I found that requires just one daily dose, and thankfully, I have not experienced any constipation or gut issues throughout my pregnancy.

After taking these vitamins for three months, I haven't noticed any improvements. My hair continues to fall, my cycle is irregular, and a rash on my palms that appeared after the first month has only just gone. Although I've experienced some increased energy, they have also caused constipation. I'm uncertain about what to do next as I’ve been breastfeeding for a year now. I’ll look for different vitamins to try.

No constipation issues
Excellent prenatal vitamin! I have taken it for a few months without any side effects like nausea or constipation, which I experienced with other brands. I appreciate the vegetable-based composition and that it doesn't contain allergens like soy or milk. I'm very satisfied and will continue taking it throughout my pregnancy.
