As a dietitian, I recommend these prenatal vitamins for women's nutrition. They are natural and do not cause constipation like the "One a Day" vitamins. However, an additional calcium and DHA supplement is required. While I need to take them with milk or juice to mask the taste, they remain a great option despite being a 3x/day dosage, which can be challenging to remember.

Prevented constipation

I love these prenatals! After reading various reviews, I chose these at 7 weeks pregnant amidst mild morning sickness. They have completely prevented my morning sickness and constipation. Although tired, I feel great and appreciate the inclusion of raw fruits and veggies. The price is justified for these non-synthetic supplements. The taste was off-putting initially, but I've become accustomed to it. I still enjoy taking them!

I initially thought these vitamins might help with constipation, but I found them a hassle to take three times daily and didn't notice any improvement.

Issues with indigestion

I began using these during our conception attempts and continued through my first trimester. Initially, they were fine, but I've recently experienced indigestion and constipation after taking them in my 15th week. This was disappointing since I love the concept of a raw whole food vitamin. Fortunately, I resumed tolerance around 14-15 weeks and have taken them since.
