As a dietitian, I recommend these prenatal vitamins for women's nutrition. They are natural and do not cause constipation like the "One a Day" vitamins. However, an additional calcium and DHA supplement is required. While I need to take them with milk or juice to mask the taste, they remain a great option despite being a 3x/day dosage, which can be challenging to remember.

I purchased these vitamins during breastfeeding, and they caused constipation for both me and my child. I confirmed this by discontinuing and starting them again, and the result was always the same. I won't be buying them again, as they clearly did not suit us.

Thank you for your support! I took this during my pregnancy and postpartum lactation. It provides folic acid and includes 23 kinds of organic fruits and vegetables, which benefits my body. I’ve also taken a fish oil supplement and was able to manage my intake effectively. Despite morning sickness, I didn’t experience constipation at all during this time. I’d definitely use this again!

Fantastic! I’ve tried several prenatal vitamins but these are my favourite. They contain a probiotic, which is rare, and are in powder form inside the capsule, aiding digestion. They have no taste or smell, and importantly, they do not cause constipation like others I’ve tried. I will definitely stick with these!

Simply great! I began taking this supplement a few months before conception and continued throughout my pregnancy. I’m now 34 weeks along and have experienced little discomfort, including no morning sickness or constipation. The balance of nutrition, probiotics, and ginger in this supplement has helped immensely!
