I have been taking these vitamins for four months. When dizziness began, I realised my supply had run out. After two weeks of taking the vitamins again, the dizziness ceased, and I started to feel better. My skin is no longer dry or dehydrated. My child has allergies, but these vitamins did not affect him at all. I highly recommend them!

I took these live vitamins during pregnancy and felt a bit dizzy with three capsules, so I switched to two. Overall, they helped improve my health significantly!

Unfortunately, the capsules did not fit me. They were quite large and had an unpleasant smell, making me feel nauseous. After experiencing dizziness and nausea, I stopped taking them immediately as they appeared useless.
