I am doing well! This probiotic is an excellent supplement of very good quality. My nutritionist recommended it for my digestive issues related to hypothyroidism. I take two a day; it helps immensely. Taking it at night ensures that I feel light in the morning, without the constipation experienced with others. It has no flavour. The package arrived in good condition and quicker than expected. I recommend it; this is my third bottle.
