I typically avoid gluten, especially since my son has celiac disease. After eliminating gluten, I noticed my stomach bloating and PMS mood swings disappeared. I gave this product to my son before eating, and when I accidentally consumed gluten, it led to extreme bloating and pain. After taking these, all the discomfort went away immediately. Highly recommend!

I'm quite sensitive to gluten and usually experience severe bloating and diarrhoea. I took this supplement about 30 minutes before having a quesadilla, and to my surprise, I didn’t get sick at all, and my bloating was minimal! I'm very impressed and hopeful that this continues to work for me.
