Niacin helps alleviate anxiety symptoms
We examined the impact of Niacin on anxiety and memory loss caused by aging in a rat study. Rats were grouped and treated with various doses of Niacin and D-galactose for 14 days, followed by behavioral tests to assess anxiety and memory.

Our results showed that Niacin significantly reduced anxiety-like symptoms and improved memory deficits. Additionally, it mitigated factors like oxidative stress and inflammation, enhancing brain health. Overall, Niacin's antioxidant and neuro-modulatory properties suggest it may be beneficial in addressing aging-related psychiatric issues.

We explored how vitamin B could help fight anxiety and depression linked to nicotine withdrawal in young male rats.

The study involved giving some rats nicotine before dividing them into different groups, where some were treated with vitamin B and others with bupropion—a common anxiety medication.

The results were promising, with vitamin B showing potential in reducing anxiety symptoms, comparable to bupropion. This opens the door for vitamin B as a possible new treatment option for various anxiety-related issues.

Vitamin B may alleviate anxiety symptoms
We investigated how Vitamin B can affect anxiety and depression in a rat model facing chronic stress. Seventy-two rats were divided into three groups: a control group, a stressed group, and a stressed group receiving Vitamin B injections.

The study measured behavioral changes and key neurotransmitter levels. Results showed that Vitamin B helped restore neurotransmitter levels and improved the rats' behavior. This suggests that Vitamin B could potentially play a role in alleviating anxiety and depressive symptoms by supporting brain health.

Life-changing effects

This has been a life changer for my anxiety disorder. I've tried multiple medications but faced many side effects. Although sceptical of herbal remedies, this is the best I’ve used. I no longer experience physical symptoms of anxiety such as palpitations or that sick feeling. My sleep has improved and my mood is balanced; stressful situations do not affect me as they previously did. While I do still feel some anxiety, it’s greatly reduced. Just the other day, I was in a busy store and wasn’t bothered by the crowds; usually, I’d be overwhelmed. I feel more energetic and recommend it to anyone doubtful as it has significantly improved my life.

After taking this for 2-3 weeks, my stress and anxiety have significantly muted. I no longer feel overwhelmed by stress in my high-pressure job. It feels like my body has recalibrated, preventing me from reaching the anxiety threshold I used to experience. My husband noticed the same improvement. I highly recommend trying it if you struggle with similar stress responses.

GREAT for anxiety! Initially seeking a natural testosterone boost, what I truly value is its profound impact on my anxiety. With a long history of anxiety and clinical depression, I started with one pill a day and increased the dosage as I felt better. I’ve never been so anxiety-free; it feels subtle yet significant, allowing me to embrace my natural self. I highly recommend this product for anyone facing similar challenges.

Vitamin B aids anxiety recovery
We explored the effects of vitamin B supplementation on anxiety and cognitive function in male Swiss albino mice following traumatic brain injury (TBI). Our research found that vitamin B appears to improve neurological impairments, enhance memory, and reduce anxiety-like behaviors.

Additionally, we saw a reduction in oxidative stress markers, indicating better neuronal health. This suggests that vitamin B not only helps with anxiety but also plays a role in recovery from cognitive dysfunctions associated with TBI.

No significant anxiety improvement
We explored the effectiveness of vitamin B complex in treating anxiety among patients with Post-COVID-19 syndrome (PC19S) through the PreVitaCOV trial. This study involved 240 participants who were given either prednisolone, vitamin B1, B6, and B12, a combination of these treatments, or a placebo. While the trial showed high feasibility and safety, it ultimately did not demonstrate significant benefits in symptom change over placebo in anxiety or other evaluated symptoms.

Increased anxiety

I cannot recommend Jarrow B-Right vitamins due to a poor experience after just a few pills. Although I generally like Jarrow, this specific product caused a severe increase in anxiety and heart rate, which was alarming. I discontinued use, as I've never reacted like this to a vitamin before. While B vitamins are essential, this particular product may not be suitable for everyone.

I have been taking these vitamins along with multivitamins for two weeks now. I have had an anxiety disorder for a long time and have experienced confirmed mood changes. After starting the vitamins, I’ve become more emotionally stable, less reactive to external stimuli, and my sleep has improved significantly. I take them every morning, feeling energised without side effects. Highly recommended for their effectiveness.
