Improved bone density
Turned my osteoporosis to osteopenia in two years. I am a 21-year breast cancer survivor aged 55. I had surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and Tamoxifen before menopause, which can weaken bones. Although I maintained a healthy diet and exercised regularly, I was shocked to discover I had osteoporosis at 53. I researched treatment options and was wary of medications due to their side effects. I opted for Bone-Up supplements, taking two capsules three times a day, and increased my Vitamin D intake. I’m pleased to report my scores have improved, and I feel that these changes have made a significant difference.

Reduced pain significantly
I'm thrilled with this product. Cancer treatment led to considerable bone loss in my hip. A pharmacist recommended Bone-Up, which I've been taking for two months while awaiting hip replacement. Remarkably, my condition has improved; I’ve transitioned from needing occasional pain relief to manoeuvring without a cane. Just recently, I told my husband it has definitely stopped worsening. I attribute this to Bone-Up.

Post-cancer essential
I use this as a post-breast cancer calcium supplement while on long-term medication. Calcium absorption is vital for me, and I believe these are the best on the market. Although it requires taking multiple tablets, I see it as necessary to achieve optimal health after my cancer battle.

Healthy without drugs
A friend owned a health food store when I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis at 49. Refusing hormone replacement therapy, I remembered my breast cancer diagnosis caused by excess hormones from my mother’s hormone shots. My friend recommended Bone Up Calcium and Joint Builders, which I’ve taken for over 30 years with fantastic health results and no dangerous prescriptions. Now at 73, I still work outdoors regularly, thanks to these supplements.
