Excellent for constipation
These large organic coconut capsules are excellent for digestion and very helpful for constipation. They also serve as an antibiotic and tonic for the body.

Prevents constipation
I’ve been taking coconut oil for over five years for dementia prevention and to ease constipation. Given my family history of dementia, I strive to avoid that fate. I’ve read that the medium-chain fatty acids in coconut oil provide efficient energy for the brain. Importantly, my stubborn constipation has improved with these supplements.

Eases constipation
Being a gel capsule, it's easy to take. I tend to experience constipation from iron tablets, but I felt much more comfortable taking this coconut oil.
