I found this product to be useless! Despite regularly using lysine to prevent shingles and cold sores, this brand did nothing for me. I usually notice quick relief, but with this, even increasing the dose yielded no results. I believe it was mostly filler. I switched back to my usual brand and saw immediate improvement.
