This product has been fantastic for my granddaughter who has ADHD and struggles to sleep. I also use it when I occasionally have difficulty calming my mind. It’s a great natural sleep aid that doesn’t interfere with my own natural melatonin production.
I give this to my 7-year-old son to assist with his ADHD. The capsules are quite large, so I open them and mix the contents with water, which he finds acceptable (I add a bit of honey).
